Candidate Placement Policy

1. General Terms | सामान्य शर्तें
TalentMark Academy’s Placement Department facilitates job opportunities only for students enrolled in our Classroom Training Programs (offline courses). Placement services are not available for students of online or hybrid courses, and are not open to external candidates. We offer 100% placement assistance, but do not guarantee job placement. Final hiring decisions lie solely with the recruiting companies.

टैलेंटमार्क अकैडमी का प्लेसमेंट विभाग केवल उन छात्रों के लिए नौकरी के अवसर प्रदान करता है जिन्होंने हमारे क्लासरूम ट्रेनिंग प्रोग्राम (ऑफलाइन कोर्स) में भाग लिया है। प्लेसमेंट सेवाएँ ऑनलाइन या हाइब्रिड कोर्स करने वाले छात्रों या बाहरी उम्मीदवारों के लिए उपलब्ध नहीं हैं। हम 100% प्लेसमेंट सहायता प्रदान करते हैं, लेकिन नौकरी की कोई गारंटी नहीं देते हैं। अंतिम चयन का निर्णय पूरी तरह से भर्ती करने वाली कंपनियों का होता है।

2. Eligibility | पात्रता मानदंड
Placement services are available only to students who have completed a Diploma course under our Classroom Program. A valid TalentMark Academy certificate with a unique certificate number is mandatory for placement support. Candidates must be 18 years or older. A valid Aadhar Card must be submitted as proof of age.

 प्लेसमेंट सेवाएँ केवल उन्हीं छात्रों को दी जाएंगी जिन्होंने हमारे क्लासरूम प्रोग्राम के अंतर्गत डिप्लोमा कोर्स सफलतापूर्वक पूरा किया हो। प्लेसमेंट के लिए एक वैध टैलेंटमार्क अकैडमी प्रमाणपत्र जिसमें यूनिक सर्टिफिकेट नंबर हो अनिवार्य है। उम्मीदवार की आयु 18 वर्ष या उससे अधिक होनी चाहिए और मान्य आधार कार्ड आयु प्रमाण के रूप में प्रस्तुत करना आवश्यक है।

3. Opting Out | सेवा से बाहर निकलना
Students who are no longer interested in placement assistance or have secured a job independently must inform the Placement Department in either on whatsapp or call. Students who show repeated disinterest or lack of seriousness may be removed from the placement list after a 48-hour notice period.

जो छात्र अब प्लेसमेंट सहायता में रुचि नहीं रखते या जिन्होंने स्वयं से नौकरी प्राप्त कर ली है, उन्हें प्लेसमेंट विभाग को व्हाट्सएप या फ़ोन लगाकर सूचित करना अनिवार्य है। जो छात्र बार-बार असहयोग या गंभीरता की कमी दिखाते हैं, उन्हें 48 घंटे की सूचना अवधि के बाद प्लेसमेंट प्रक्रिया से बाहर किया जा सकता है।

4. Interview Results | इंटरव्यू परिणाम
Students must report their interview outcomes (selected/rejected/job offer) to the Placement Department within the specified time frame. Failure to do so will be considered as “Junk Candidate”, and no further placement support will be provided.

छात्रों को अपने इंटरव्यू के परिणाम (चयन/अस्वीकृति/नौकरी प्रस्ताव) निर्धारित समय सीमा के भीतर प्लेसमेंट विभाग को सूचित करना होगा। अगर कोई सूचना नहीं दी जाती है, तो इसे "जंक कैंडिडेट" माना जाएगा और आगे प्लेसमेंट सहायता नहीं दी जाएगी।

5. Job Commitment | नौकरी की प्रतिबद्धता
Once a student accepts a job offer, they are expected to commit to it professionally. Withdrawal should be done only in exceptional circumstances, and must be informed in advance.

 एक बार छात्र ने किसी नौकरी के प्रस्ताव को स्वीकार कर लिया, तो उनसे पेशेवर प्रतिबद्धता की अपेक्षा की जाती है। केवल असाधारण परिस्थितियों में ही नौकरी छोड़ने की अनुमति है और इसकी पूर्व सूचना देना अनिवार्य है।

6. Risk & Liability Disclaimer | जोखिम और उत्तरदायित्व
TalentMark Academy does not verify company backgrounds or job locations. Students should perform their own due diligence and join at their own risk. We are not liable for any fraud, accident, or loss that may occur during or after employment.

टैलेंटमार्क अकैडमी किसी भी कंपनी की पृष्ठभूमि या नौकरी के स्थान की जांच नहीं करती। छात्रों को स्वयं जांच-पड़ताल करनी चाहिए और अपने जोखिम पर नौकरी जॉइन करनी चाहिए। रोजगार के दौरान या उसके बाद किसी भी धोखाधड़ी, दुर्घटना या हानि के लिए अकैडमी उत्तरदायी नहीं होगी।

7. Sharing of Information | जानकारी साझा करना
The Placement Department may share the student’s contact and profile details with recruiting companies offering job opportunities. 

प्लेसमेंट विभाग छात्रों की संपर्क जानकारी और प्रोफ़ाइल विवरण उन कंपनियों के साथ साझा कर सकता है जो नौकरी के अवसर प्रदान कर रही हों।

8. Job Availability | नौकरी की उपलब्धता
Placement support is based on job market conditions. Students may need to wait until suitable openings are available.

प्लेसमेंट सहायता बाजार की स्थिति और कंपनियों की आवश्यकता पर निर्भर करती है। छात्रों को कभी-कभी उपयुक्त अवसरों के लिए प्रतीक्षा करनी पड़ सकती है।

9. Platform Fee & Disclaimer | प्लेटफ़ॉर्म शुल्क और अस्वीकरण
TalentMark Academy may charge a platform fee for providing placement support. This fee is not a job guarantee. It covers administrative and facilitation services only.

टैलेंटमार्क अकैडमी प्लेसमेंट सहायता के लिए प्लेटफ़ॉर्म शुल्क ले सकती है। यह शुल्क नौकरी की गारंटी नहीं है, बल्कि केवल प्रशासनिक और सुविधा सेवाओं के लिए होता है।

10. Professionalism & Conduct | पेशेवर आचरण और व्यवहार
Students are expected to maintain professional behavior, sincerity, and respect during the entire placement process. Repeated misbehavior, negligence, or refusal of reasonable job offers may result in disqualification from placement services.

छात्रों से अपेक्षा की जाती है कि वे पूरी प्लेसमेंट प्रक्रिया के दौरान पेशेवरता, ईमानदारी और सम्मानपूर्ण व्यवहार बनाए रखें। बार-बार गलत व्यवहार, लापरवाही या उचित नौकरी प्रस्तावों को ठुकराना प्लेसमेंट सहायता से अयोग्यता का कारण बन सकता है।

11. Salary Expectations | वेतन अपेक्षाएँ
TalentMark Academy shares a general salary range as per the recruiter’s information. However, actual salary and benefits depend on the candidate’s performance and the company’s discretion. We do not guarantee any fixed salary or perks.

टैलेंटमार्क अकैडमी केवल नियोक्ता द्वारा प्रदान की गई सामान्य वेतन सीमा साझा करती है। लेकिन, अंतिम वेतन और लाभ उम्मीदवार की प्रदर्शन और कंपनी के विवेक पर निर्भर करता है। हम किसी भी निश्चित वेतन या लाभ की गारंटी नहीं देते।

12. Maximum Opportunities | अधिनियमित कानून
The Institute will share up to a maximum of 10 job opportunities with each student, and the student is has to choose from the opportunities provided. The Institute is not obligated to provide more than 10 job opportunities. If additional relevant openings are available, we may share them; however, sharing more than 10 opportunities is not a commitment and will depend solely on availability.

इंस्टिट्यूट प्रत्येक छात्र को अधिकतम 10 नौकरी के अवसर प्रदान करेगा, और छात्र को इन्हीं उपलब्ध अवसरों में से किसी एक नौकरी का चयन करना होगा। इंस्टिट्यूट 10 से अधिक नौकरी के अवसर उपलब्ध कराने के लिए बाध्य नहीं है। यदि किसी समय 10 से अधिक उपयुक्त अवसर उपलब्ध होते हैं, तो इंस्टिट्यूट अपनी इच्छा और उपलब्धता के आधार पर उनके विवरण भी साझा कर सकता है, लेकिन 10 से अधिक अवसर प्रदान करना किसी भी प्रकार की बाध्यता या वादा नहीं माना जाएगा।

13. Placement Time Frame | अधिनियमित कानून
Once a student enrolls with our Placement Department, they must allow a minimum of 3 months for us to provide placement assistance. Students should not expect immediate placement support upon enrollment. A minimum period of 3 months is required to enable us to offer suitable placement or job opportunities.

हमारे प्लेसमेंट विभाग में रजिस्ट्रेशन/एनरोलमेंट करने के बाद छात्र/छात्रा को प्लेसमेंट सहायता के लिए कम से कम 3 महीने का समय देना आवश्यक है। प्लेसमेंट सहायता तुरंत शुरू होने की अपेक्षा न करें, क्योंकि एनरोलमेंट के बाद उपयुक्त अवसर उपलब्ध कराने में समय लगता है। उचित प्लेसमेंट/जॉब ऑफर्स उपलब्ध कराने हेतु छात्र/छात्रा को कम से कम 3 महीने का समय देना होगा। 

14. Governing Law | अधिनियमित कानून
These terms shall be governed by the laws of Indore. Any disputes will be subject to the courts in Indore. 

 ये शर्तें इंदौर के कानूनों द्वारा शासित होंगी। किसी भी विवाद का समाधान इंदौर के न्यायालयों में किया जाएगा।
